Terms and Conditions

A Return or Exchange can be processed for unworn and undamaged watches purchased online at ibarra.ph strictly within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Any watch that fails quality inspection will be returned to the customer. Failure in the quality inspection may be due to signs of damage, scratches, or of being used. No Refund or Exchange shall be processed in such.

In the case of an Exchange, only watches of equal or greater value will be allowed. Should the exchanged watch be of greater value, the price difference will be charged to the customer. All shipping, handling, and delivery fees are to be shouldered by the customer – with the exception for defective or wrongly shipped watches.

Watches must be returned in their original packaging and complete with all inclusions.

Wrong or Defective Watches

If the customer’s watch has a significant defect upon its unboxing (e.g., broken product, missing component), or the wrong product has been received, an exchange can be accommodated.

Kindly send us an email at info@ibarra.ph within 72 hours from the date of delivery. Upon the positive evaluation of the brand on the incident, a replacement or a refund will be issued. In such event, shipping and delivery fees of are to be shouldered by the brand.

Watches that are damaged due to customer negligence and lack of care will not be accepted.
