Sales Associate - Retail Store


Ibarra was established in 2015 with the inspiration and passion for the art of watchmaking and the dream to rekindle the Filipino heritage of timekeeping. Ibarra offers traditional timepieces that showcase the skill and ingenuity of Filipinos in an industry that has been present globally for more than 200 years. Ibarra timepieces are locally designed and assembled using high-quality materials sourced from the different parts of the world. During Ibarra’s first year, the brand released its flagship watches and established partnerships in the retail industry and in academic research.


Ibarra is looking for motivated and organized individuals to represent the brand in store placements. In this role, you would be working in the frontline engaging with customers to achieve sales targets in store locations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Follow and achieve brand's sales goals
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned area
  • Actively seek out customers in store
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Handle returns of merchandise
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers
  • Comply with inventory control procedures
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply. Retail sales experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino
  • Basic Math skills
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Keen interest in watches is a plus

Store locations: Ortigas, Taguig, Makati, Pasay.
