Ibarra is looking for passionate, motivated, and critical individuals to represent the brand in sales and brand functions. In these role, you would be working in the frontline engaging with customers, clients, and retail partners to achieve targets in various streams.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

CORPORATE SALES OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Creates and execute sales pitches to clients
  • Assess client’s needs and provides assistance and information on product features
  • Follow and achieve brand's sales goals
  • Actively seeks out ways to look for more sales opportunities/accounts
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper attainment of sales goals
  • Build productive trust relationships with clients and partners
  • Strategizes ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, creating bulk order packages)

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino
  • Working knowledge of sales and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking and persevering to reach sales targets
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Keen interest in watches is a plus
  • Should be mobile and can work on the field at times
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Retail sales experience is a plus.

Location: Quezon City (base), field work

RETAIL SALES OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of retail partner satisfaction through excellent sales support service
  • Creates and execute sales pitches to clients
  • Assess retailer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Follow and achieve brand's sales goals
  • Actively seeks out ways to look for more sales opportunities/accounts
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper attainment of sales goals
  • Build productive trust relationships with retailers and partners
  • Strategizes ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino
  • Working knowledge of sales and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking and persevering to reach sales targets
  • Ability to perform under pressure

Compensation: Php 15,000.00-20,000.00, allowances, SSS and PhilHealth (upon regularization), bonuses (upon regularization)

 

BRAND MARKETING OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high levels of engagement between customers and brand through social media, retail activities, sponsorships, and co-branding opportunities
  • Creates and execute brand strategies that will grow the brand’s presence in the market
  • Works with the marketing head and brand founder for direction of the brand
  • Actively seeks out ways to look for more opportunities, collaborations, partnerships to boost the brand’s image
  • Remain knowledgeable on products
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper attainment of brand goals
  • Build productive trust relationships with collaborators and partners
  • Strategizes ways to improve brand activity and identity (e.g. planning marketing activities, etc)

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand practices
  • Proficiency in English and Filipino
  • Working knowledge of sales and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking and persevering to reach brand targets
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Basic knowledge in creative work (Photoshop editing, social media management, etc.)
  • Keen interest in watches is a plus
  • Should be mobile and can work on the field at times
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Branding and marketing experience is a plus.
